Cancellation & rescheduling

I only offer refunds in extenuating circumstances.  If you need to change your appointment you may reschedule:

Up to 24 hours before your appointment - you can reschedule using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Within 24 hours of your appointment - I cannot offer an alternative appointment at such short notice.  If you’re unable to attend please let me know via email.

Appointment Packages must be used within 7 weeks of the date of purchase.

I reserve the right to stop the treatment at any point without a refund if I do not feel comfortable.

It is your responsibility to inform me of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or trauma at the start of every appointment.
